The District 102 LRC Directors and the librarians from the surrounding public libraries are excited to present some ideas for summer reading. Click here to view our slidedeck. It includes eBook collections, award winning book suggestions, information about your local libraries’ summer reading programs, our “Get Caught Reading” video and online district subscriptions you can utilize all summer! We encourage you to “look” and “click” around. All of the surrounding public libraries are hosting virtual summer reading programs, even a Summer Battle of the Books! Check out the links to those as well. Remember to keep reading this summer!  Are you planting a garden or teaching your child about plants during this remote learning experience? The weather hasn't been the best but we are trying! Here's two plant collections that we are using with first grade. Click on the picture to access all the links.
