We broke out!

Second grade students kicked off their nonfiction text feature mini unit with a Breakout EDU activity.  A witch cast a spell on their projects and locked them in a box.  Students had to work together to solve the clues and unlock the padlocks.  The timer was set and students broke out with 2 minutes to spare!  This was such an exciting experience to witness.  Way to go second grade!
